Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented automotive technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong technical aptitude and a commitment to providing excellent customer service. As a auto tech, you will be responsible for programming modules, calibrating sensors to vehicles, and providing diagnostics if needed for autobody shops. You would also be trained in ADAS calibration systems such as front radar, round view cameras, windshield calibration, blind spots and all types of sensors. We would train you in basic Electrical diagnostics and reading wiring diagrams as an option. We are a growing company expanding from Calgary to Edmonton. Your expertise in mechanical/ autobody knowledge and ability to work with scanner and laptop tools will be essential in ensuring the safety and security of our clients.

Duties

Perform ADAS Calibrations, pre-scans, and post-scans of the vehicle report for insurance companies and body shops. This would be your main task

Assess customer needs and provide appropriate solutions for their security requirements.

Use wiring schematics to understand complex of electrical wiring on a vehicle .

Maintain accurate records of services performed and inventory used.

Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and concerns effectively.

Requirements

tech savvy, experience with scanners, quick at learning, quick thinker, being aware of the surroundings.

Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to work with hand tools effectively.

Familiarity with automotive repair is a plus.

Excellent customer service skills with a focus on client satisfaction.

Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail.

Valid driver's license may be required for mobile sercives.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Apprenticeship

Pay: $200.00-$300.00 per day

Additional pay:

Bonus pay

Commission pay

Overtime pay

Schedule:

8 hour shift

Evening shift

Monday to Friday

Overtime

Weekends as needed

Experience:

automotive technician: 1 year (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

Driver's License (required)

Journeyman (preferred)
