You’ll gain experience across teams, learn our processes, and complete foundational training, all aimed at helping people get their lives back on track.
This will be a full time, permanent position based in the Adelaide office, with flexibility to work from home.
Your Responsibilities
Bring your customer service skills and passion for helping people to learn to provide face to face support to injured workers as a Mobile Claims Specialist
Through on the job and formalised training progress your understanding of legislation, policies, and processes through hands-on and formal learning.
Grow your knowledge and capability to actively manage and implement strategies to achieve desirable claims outcomes
Successfully complete the claim starter program within the set timeframe.
Regularly liaise with internal and external stakeholders to progress strategies while accurately update claim files.
