Role Description:
Mobile developers are responsible for many aspects of the development of mobile applications, including:
• Client communication: Discussing requirements with clients and project managers, and reviewing feedback from customers
• Prototyping: Building prototypes and interfaces to improve the user experience
• Coding: Writing clean, efficient code that meets client specifications and is maintainable. This may include translating code to create dynamic apps
Responsibilities:
• Should know how to design, develop, and maintain systems, processes, procedures to deliver a high-quality service design.
• Must work with other members of a team and other departments to establish healthy communication and information flow.
• Plan, design, and configure the most typical business solutions as needed.
• Prepare technical documents and other presentations for multiple solutions areas.
• Must work on customer specifications, analyze them, and conduct the best product recommendations associated with the platform.
• Responsible for the assigned program and support when technical issues arise.
• Must address technical problems, ideas, and other major concerns from time to time.
• Monitor systems routinely to ensure that all business goals are met as per the user requirements.
Basic Qualifications & Experience:
• BTech degree in Computer Science or related discipline, MTech degree is a Plus.
• 1-2 years of overall experience building, and maintaining cost-efficient, scalable mobile apps.
• 1-2 years coding experience in Typescript, Java Script, GraphQL and other Database basics.
• Minimum of 1-2 years hands on experience in designing and developing native mobile apps.
• Minimum of 1 or 2 years of running scrum ceremonies with strong delivery capabilities.
• Have strong verbal and written communications skills in English, as well as the ability to work effectively across internal and external organizations and virtual teams.
• Have executive speaking and presentation skills – including experience delivering formal presentations (to both large and small groups) and white-boarding sessions.
