Role : Mobile Engineer/ Developer

Location : Montreal, QC Canada

Hybrid Position

Role and responsibilities:

Work in Mobile Endpoint Squad responsible supporting Microsoft Intune Infrastructure Perform incident diagnosis, troubleshooting and escalation for end user issues.

Deploy mobile services, tools, and applications required for Microsoft Intune.

Optimize and hand-off of work to Level 2 offshore team.

Be the owner of the problem and change management processes.

Create operational support documentation.

Skills required:

Experience with Mobile device management with MobileIron, Microsoft Intune, Blackberry, AirWatch or similar platform in a large enterprise Strong grasp of IT infrastructure fundamentals (networks, databases, load balancers, IT security)Automation and integration experience using PowerShell, Perl, Python, or Shell

Strong knowledge of mobile operating systems iOS and Android

Strong understanding of basic networking concepts and internet protocols

Ability to work well in a team and independently.

Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills in a highly visible fast paced enterprise environment.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Experience with Office 365 and Intune App protection policies Knowledge in computer and mobile security concepts

Basic development knowledge on iOS and/or Android

Experience in networking, load balancers and firewalls
