LikeMinds: Plug and play infrastructure for launching in-app communities
Businesses are increasingly investing in building communities as they enable retention, product stickiness and referrals. However, building in-app communities takes years of engineering efforts resulting in most brands either not building a community or building it from scratch on 3rd party platforms.
LikeMinds is a simple plug and play, highly customisable community infra platform that helps brands build in-app communities in 15 mins. Brands can leverage the platform to build community features like group chats, 1-1 chats, activity feed, event management and moderation quickly without any engineering effort.
LikeMinds is founded by Nipun Goyal (IIT Delhi, ex-Curofy cofounder, Forbes 30u30) and Natesh Relhan (ex-Curofy Android Lead, ex-Hotstar, Open source contributor). After raising our seed round from multiple reputed VCs and angel investors, we are now expanding our team and looking to hire front end engineers for various stacks. Role is based out of Gurgaon. However, we are not completely offline and are accepting candidates who want to work remotely 2-3 days a week.
Requirement:
We are looking for a Flutter developer, with minimum 2 years of experiece, interested in building performant mobile apps on both iOS and Android. You will be responsible for architecting and building these applications, as well as coordinating with the teams responsible for other layers of the product infrastructure.
You will be building core SDKs for our products like Chat, Feed and Events. You will also be collaborating with the product and design team to define app features and build high-quality sample apps for our various clients. These sample apps will be open sourced in future.
Responsibilities:
• Build pixel-perfect, buttery smooth Uls across both mobile platforms.
• Leverage native APIs for deep integrations with both platforms.
• Diagnose and fix bugs and performance bottlenecks for performance that feels native.
• Coordinate directly with early clients whom we are co-building the product
• Follow the best practices while developing the app and also keeping everything structured and well documented
• Maintain and test code to ensure the product is of the highest quality.
