You'll be a hands-on problem solver with a knack for fixing things, from minor carpentry to troubleshooting plumbing issues. Your strong communication skills and flexible, solution-focused approach will help you thrive in our diverse team and give excellent customer service to our tenants.

What can you expect to be doing?
You'll perform minor maintenance repairs in both tenanted and vacant properties, tackling tasks like patch and paint, minor carpentry, boarding up of windows, replacing and repairing fixtures and troubleshooting minor plumbing and electrical issues.

You’ll manage your own inventory, ensure all equipment is operated and serviced in accordance with site procedures and/or manufacturer's instructions and capture the maintenance tasks performed.

You'll also support our lead staff and trade specialists in renovation projects, making a real impact on the lives of our tenants.

What do you need to bring?
Property Maintenance: Strong knowledge and ability to handle general maintenance tasks.
Repair Skills: Proficient in patching, painting, minor carpentry, and joinery repairs.
Plumbing and Electrical: Skilled in troubleshooting minor plumbing and electrical issues.
Renovation Experience: Capable of dismantling bathrooms, tiling, and laying flooring.
Communication and Problem-Solving: Excellent written and verbal skills, with strengths in negotiation and collaboration.
IT and Documentation Skills: Experienced with databases, MS Office, Smartsheet, and Tenancy Asset Management Systems.
