We are looking for a confident, punctual, communicative, and sales-focused Mobile Phone Technician to join our young and fun team in Belconnen.
This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys hands-on repair work, customer interaction, and growing with a business that values serious, reliable applications. Responsibilities
Diagnose mobile phones and tablets.
Repair iPhones, Samsung, Google, Oppo, and other devices.
Replace screens, batteries, and other phone parts.
Provide clear communication to customers about repairs, updates, and recommendations.
Identify opportunities to offer suitable products and services to customers.
Work carefully and efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Maintain a high standard of workmanship and customer service.
What we’re looking for
At least 1 year of experience in phone repairs.
Strong diagnosis and troubleshooting skills.
Confidence, good communication, punctuality, and a sales-focused attitude.
A serious and reliable attitude.
Ability to work well in a young, energetic team.
Someone who is a quick learner and open to growth.
