Key Responsibilities
Diagnose and repair hardware and software issues in mobile devices, including smartphones and tablets.
Replace defective parts such as screens, batteries, cameras, speakers, and charging ports.
Perform software troubleshooting, including OS installation, data recovery, and app configurations.
Conduct device testing to ensure functionality post-repair.
Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to safety standards.
Provide excellent customer service by explaining repair processes and timelines.
Stay updated on the latest mobile technologies, tools, and repair techniques.
Maintain accurate records of repairs, parts used, and service details.
Requirements
Proven experience as a Mobile Repair Technician or in a similar role.
Strong knowledge of mobile hardware and software troubleshooting.
Proficiency in using repair tools and equipment.
Familiarity with various mobile operating systems (Android, iOS, etc.).
Attention to detail and ability to work efficiently under deadlines.
Excellent problem-solving skills and a customer-oriented attitude.
Certification in mobile repair (preferred but not mandatory).
