Full Job Description
• Keep the device under observation
• Diagnose the device and repair them
• Maintain a record of the devices repaired and delivered
• Restoration of software of the device
• Clean the device and make it ready for delivery
• Assign the parts and devices to the engineers
• Send the non-repairable devices back to the repair center
• Make a daily report of the work done and send it to the reporting manager
