The Role
We have an exciting opportunity for a dedicated Field Services Representative to help us look after our existing New Zealand clients across the Northland region. The ideal candidate will possess a passion for technology and be able to create interest and excitement by providing knowledge to help on-sell our products. This role assists our high-performing business in creating a positive shopping experience for customers.
Key Responsibilities
You will visit our existing customer base on regular call cycles, liaise with store managers, be responsible for restocking shelves and building compelling displays, and most importantly, build excellent relationships with stores and clients. You will work closely with store staff to educate them about new accessories and products and use your insights to identify opportunities. You must be honest and reliable as this is an independent role where you will be on the road.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need to have a proven record of building strong relationships, be confident presenting to groups of people, and have creative ideas that can be brought into the business. Experience in merchandising, stocking and restocking, and knowing how to build an appealing display would be an advantage but not a deal breaker.
