Mobile Security Guard
Guardteck Security is looking for a friendly, outgoing and experienced Mobile Security Guard for our Calgary location.
Successful candidates will demonstrate effective problem-solving skills, and the ability to maintain self-control and make quick decisions during emergency situations.
Wage: $18.00 to $20.00/hr
What you will be doing:
• Assist with all security operations
• Ensure the site-specific operation procedures are up to date.
• Ensure tasks are completed in an efficient manner.
• Audit security work and interactions with customers on an ongoing basis.
• Assist with employee rewards and appreciation programs.
• Ensure accurate and timely reporting.
• Communicate with the operations manager.
• Exercise good judgment and make decisions that benefit the customer and the property.
• Become part of the team and make yourself a key part of the customer’s success.
What you should have:
• Valid Alberta security license
• Valid Class GDL or above driver's license with a clean driver's abstract
• At least 6 months of experience in the Security Industry
• 5 years of driving experience
• Prior Mobile Security experience is an asset
• Proficient in the English language (verbal & written)
• Top-notch customer service, with previous experience, considered a strong asset
• Professional approach to role; acting in a disciplined, honest and ethical manner
• Must be able to follow procedures and set routines effectively
• Strong observation and communication skills
• CPR certificate is an asset
