Troubleshoot software and hardware issues, ensuring accurate problem identification and resolution.
Perform repairs and replacements of faulty components, such as screens, batteries, charging ports, cameras, and other related parts, using specialized tools and equipment.
Install, configure, and update mobile device operating systems and software applications to ensure optimal performance and security.
Keep accurate records of all repairs, replacements, and services provided, including detailed notes on diagnostics, actions taken, and parts used.
