Job Description
Future Media is exclusively representing Handheld Group, Sweden in India as it's Importer & Dealer and a single point of contact for all sales and support in Indian region. We are looking to appoint a dedicated service technician for this.
Responsibilities
• To attend to service complaints of customers who have purchased rugged mobile devices from us of brand www.handheldgroup.com
• To raise tickets on Handheld Service portal
• To follow up with OEM on suggested troubleshooting
• To receive and document complaints of the clients
• To assist client to rectify the issues being faced remotely
• Incase remote assistance does not solve the issue, then organise to get the device shipped to us from clients location
• Then to attend and resolve the issue by changing required spare/troubleshooting
• To plan and maintain sufficient inventory of spares of running models
• To coordinate with Handheld Group on regular basis appraising them of issues being faced.
• To also attend to service calls of other mobile type devices/receivers sold by us.
Qualifications
• Graduate
• Technical degree or Diploma in mobile repair/servicing
• Good communication in English and Telugu
• Good MS Excel and MS Word
