# Experience with advance features (App security, DB security, Jetpack features, MVVM architecture)
# Good experience in Leading Android teams of 6-7 Developers
# Experience in Video Visit implementation using Zoom/Pexip framework .
# Technically guide the team and solve issues.
# He will spend 50% effort in coding and 50% effort in design and guiding the engineers.
# Good communications skills.
# Android application development.
# Android framework knowledge, different SDK, security system and UI framework.
# Good knowledge on Java Android development.
# Experience with github, Jenkins etc.
# Use Jenkins for build.
# Code review using crucible.
# Understand new OS features as it gets released and implement in the code

# Interaction with cross-functional teams.
