Mobile Technician

Total Experience: 5+ Years and in which the candidate should have worked (Minimum last 1

Year) as a Tech Lead. Experience in capital Market orBFSI domain is preferable

 Experience in working with agile methodologies.

 Should possess Cross-Platform Experience with hands-on Knowledge of Flutter

 Sound knowledge and experience in Android (RxJava, Kotlin, Android Studio, Gradle,

SQLite, RoomDB, dagger) and Native Experience in iOS (Objective-C, Swift, XCode, iOS

frameworks, and Core Services, Coredata, SQLite)

 Should have excellent knowledge of iOS and Android technologies including deep

configuration and third-party integration.

 Strong experience of leading engineering teams

 Experience of driving projects with strong execution within defined timelines

 Strong experience in building and retaining engineering teams

 Good to have the capability to demonstrate technical and architectural leadership for native,

hybrid, and cross-platform mobile applications.

 Should possess analyze, troubleshoot and resolve technical and application problems.

 Should demonstrable capability to use OS frameworks for multi-threading, data persistence,

and adapting user interface across multiple screen sizes.

 Familiarity with RESTful APIs to connect mobile applications with back-end services.

 Excellent understanding of App Store and Play store best practices, guidelines, and

procedures.

 Should possess experience of working with Analytics solutions ( Google Analytics, Netcore)

 Good working knowledge of frontend technologies

 Should possess good problem-solving skills, innovation, and willingness to take ownership.

Should possess good knowledge of design patterns and clean code architecture.

 Provide technical leadership and support to teammates through coaching and mentoring.

Should align with the Product team and do proper effort estimations for Sprint Planning as per

business priorities
