Model based Development Engineer- Embedded System

Responsibilities:
As a Model based Development Engineer, the incumbent will be working on the Development and Testing of Matlab library blocks using Wrapper S-Function, Simulink, stateflow and M-Script. Incumbent's primary responsibility is Matlab library model development using Wrapper S-Function, TLC, Simulink, stateflow and M-Script. The incumbent will be interacting with the process partners on any specification clarifications, software implementation queries. The incumbent Will be updating software using configuration management tools like GIT, clearcase .The scope of work will include Bench testing, Customized system target file development and testing, Coding standard and Code Analysis and Support in software development and Functional safety verification and validation.
Required Skills:
Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) in Electrical/ Electronics Engineering. 4 to 8 years of experience in automotive embedded systems. Sound knowledge in Matlab Simulink, Stateflow, M-Script, S-Functions and TLC. Good Knowledge in Embedded C.
Desired Skills:
Good Knowledge of Embedded systems, System Integration & software Testing and HIL testing experience. Good awareness of mining products. Excellent communication skills. Hands on experience with debugging devices Trace32, Canalyzer. Basic Knowledge about ECM, Memory, CAN, J1+3+. Version control tools.
Autosar and Functional safety knowledge will be an added advantage
