Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for an Actor Model at Kindroid.ai located in Gurugram, with flexibility for remote work. The Actor Model will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences through outsourced customer service and technical support. Daily tasks include interacting with customers, providing personalized support, and using AI-powered tools for efficient support solutions.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Experience in customer service or technical support

• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment

• Knowledge of AI technology and automation tools

• Fluency in multiple languages is a plus
