Customer connect, leading direct business with institutions
Growing sales for the Modular Kitchen business through building direct connect with influencers and instituitions.
Building connect with key institutions like builders, architects, designers to generate leads and sales for Modular Kitchen business.
Identify potential instituitional partners; develop pitch and present Modular Kitchens to them. Design MIS and set up weekly review with all Modular Kitchen stakeholders to track progress.
Identify potential collaborations/ events for generating visibility for Modular Kitchen business, Deliver sale of 1000 Modular Kitchens through collaboration in 1 year, Work with marketing agency to deliver collaterals, and subsequrnt deployment across digital assets
Should have exposure to business development profile in any previous role
Willing to relocate with family in any location as required by the company from time to time.

Understanding of the Real Estate business, Modular furniture / home construction and building,

Exposure to the Modular furniture industry or its affiliates, Real estate in sales/ BD role, finance companies affiliated with real estate buying etc
