Job Title: MongoDB Admin
At TCS, we are seeking an experienced MongoDB Admin to join our team. As a MongoDB Admin, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our MongoDB databases.
Key Responsibilities:
• Monitor MongoDB alert notifications and respond promptly to resolve any issues.
• Provide support through Hotline calls and create tickets as required.
• Oversee the overall health and environment of the databases.
• Execute routine service health checks and identify any system anomalies.
• Investigate root cause of issues and execute scripted recovery scenarios during scheduled tests.
• Perform Level 1 activities related to MongoDB administration.
