Role : MongoDB Database Administrator
Type : FTE
Location : Coimbatore(Preferred), Chennai, Bangalore.
Design and configure MongoDB databases and clusters in Atlas
Experience on MongoDB queries for analyzing slow queries and providing suggestions.
Optimize database performance and ensure scalability
Implement and maintain data security and access controls
Implement optimal backup and recovery strategies
Identify the new index requirements for better performance
Experience in using MongoDB tools to manage and support the clusters
Manage data integration and train users on effective implementation of database practices
Research industry best practices in emerging technologies and implement into database design
Provide support with continuing maintenance, updates and upgrades; identifying and fixing problems as they arise
Provide recommendations for performance tuning and improvements to existing databases
Documentation of database best practices and processes
Requirement
5+ years of database experience
Experience in MongoDB Atlas
Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent work experience
Experience in Database and cloud computing design, architectures
Familiarity with data visualization, data migration and data modelling tools
Be a strategic thinker
