Role Title: Consultant Specialist
Team : CTO ES Production Support (Data Layer)
In this role, you will:
Primary responsibility of this role is to provide 24x7 Production Support for MongoDB & Db2 LUW database technologies.
Candidate should be capable to handling production issues independently and provide resolutions within agreed SLA’s.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you should meet the following requirements:
MongoDB
• Expertise in working in Sharding environments.
• Expert Knowledge of Replication
• Expertise in Troubleshooting and Performance Tuning of MongoDB environments
• Experience in various monitoring tools like profiling , mongotop , mongostats
• Experience in MongoDB backup and recovery
• Experience of OPs Manager.
• Experience in MongoDB Logging mechanism and Journaling
• Hands on experience of Handling Crisis Calls
• Perform Root Cause Analysis and provide solutions.
• Maintain High Availability & Replication setups.
Db2 LUW
• Expertise in Db2- DPF environments.
• Expert level Knowledge of HADR
• Experience of Troubleshooting and resolving Performance issue independently
• Handle Crisis Calls, PIRs.
• Perform Root Cause Analysis and provide solutions.
• Maintain High Availability & Replication setups.
• Knowledge of Shell Scripting/Automation
