Learn2Read is an EdTech startup in the online education delivery space which has grown multifold in the last few years. We are looking to redefine the traditional methods of education in India. We are a super charged team of 75+ professionals who are passionate about early education and focused at building a strong foundation for young kids with the help of our teaching programs. We strive to take the kids away from the rote learning method of education to meaningful learning, the type of learning that stays with the student for life.
• # The Role
We are looking for creative and experienced teachers to join the Learn2Read team. A teacher who comes with exceptional command over Hindi and can engage the kids in a fun and interactive manner. Some of the responsibilities include:
- Getting in depth understanding of the teaching modules provided by Learn2Read
- Complete the required learning program in the designated timeframe with the ideal result and outcome
- Engaging students with creative and fun methods of teaching using a variety of teaching aids in each session
- Collaborating with the Learn2Read team on regular basis
- Providing the feedback of the kids on regular basis to Learn2Read and maintain the record of the same
• # Requirements
- Must be a Graduate
- Prior experience as a Montessori teacher (preferably).
- Minimum 2-3 years of teaching experience in kindergarten and pre primary level or kids between 3-6 years.
