The Role
We are looking for creative and experienced teachers to join the Learn2Read team. A teacher who comes with exceptional command over Hindi/English and can engage the kids in a fun and interactive manner.
Responsibilities:
Getting a depth understanding of the teaching modules provided by Learn2ReadComplete the required learning program in the designated timeframe with the ideal result and outcomeEngaging students with creative and fun methods of teaching using a variety of teaching aids in each sessionCollaborating with the Learn2Read team on a regular basisProviding the feedback of the kids on regular basis to Learn2Read and maintain the record of the same
Requirements/Skills needed:
Must be a GraduatePrior experience as a Montessori teacher (Required).Minimum 2-3 years of teaching experience in kindergarten and pre-primary level or kids between 3-6 years.Extremely good numeracy skillsGood Command of the English language.Critical thinking skills and ability to utilize math in everyday life.Skill to deal with young kids with patience and empathyPassion for teaching and belief in building a strong foundation for kids at an early ageMust possess basic computer skills and must be comfortable using a laptop.
