Job Description
We are looking for Montessori trained teachers with experience and freshers who have completed their Montessori training for our Primary and Elementary environments. You will join our growing and passionate team who strive to give the best for our children.
Locations : Chennai - Anna Nagar, Shenoy Nagar and Chembarambakkam
Candidate Description
Have previous experience in setting up and manage a primary or elementary environment - this will be advantageous.
Is able to work patiently with children, develop / make materials when needed and create innovative Montessori environments for indoor and outdoor natural settings.
Be a very good team player and communicate effectively with Children, Parents and management at different levels.
The candidate should be able to plan, implement and deliver Montessori curriculum based on the child's age and developmental needs.
Are able to give appropriate Montessori presentations, have relevant basic IT skills (MS Office) and record progress of children and self.
Candidate must be self motivated and the have the ability to take initiative and responsibility within the environment and the school in general to deal with day to day tasks.
