Job Description
We are looking for a person (only women) who has experience in preschool curriculum designing and teacher training. We follow an integrated teaching methodology of Waldorf, Multiple intelligences and Montessori.For more details about this job please read the description below: -: • Manage the end to end curriculum life cycle management - design, develop, deliver & evaluate • Assist in designing and documenting the child centric curriculum that provokes higher order thinking in children. Use a variety of activities and instructional methods (songs, stories, media, structured games, art, outdoor activities etc) to motivate and stimulate children's abilities • Partner with educators/teachers to train, handhold, evaluate and update the content • Track syllabus progress: ensure that any problems are addressed, escalated when needed and resolved quickly • Conducting timely child's observations to gauge the effectiveness of curriculums & progress and preparing teachers for PTM • Collaborating with other writers, graphic designers, and web designers to create new learning resources • Work collaboratively across functional areas to manage and coordinate new program launches
