About the Hotel - W Melbourne
W Melbourne is the rebel between the streets, sitting in the heart of the Melbourne CBD on the iconic Flinders Lane, the luxury hotel takes its design cues from Australia’s cultural capital and providing the back-lane entrance keys to what’s New/Next in the city. Extending the laneway culture inside, 2+4 bold rooms and suites peel back the layers and revel in the city’s history. There are five electric and daring bars and restaurants within the hotel, plus over 800 square metres of ultra-modern event space. W Melbourne is set to be the place to see and be seen in.
About the Venue
With design nods to Melbourne’s laneways and Batman’s lair, our guests will be arriving in style and stealing the scene when they pull up in WHEELS. We’re looking for Talent that will put their spin on the norm, helping to ramp up the experience for guests as they arrive and depart via WHEELS.

A Glance at What You Will Do
Greet and ****** guests to rooms.
Assist guest with valet service including safe parking and retrieving vehicles.
Open doors and assist guests/visitors entering and leaving property.
Inform guests of property amenities, services, and hours of operation, and local areas of interest and activities.
Escort and explain room features to guests (e.g., use of room key, mini-bar, in-room safe, valet laundry services).
Transport guest luggage to and from guest rooms and/or designated bell area.
Assist with luggage storage and retrieval.
Assist guests/visitors in and out of vehicles, including assisting guests with loading/unloading luggage.
Supply guests with directions. Arrange transportation (e.g., taxi cab, shuttle bus, limousine/sedan service) for guests/visitors, and record advance transportation request as needed.
Communicate parking procedures to guests/visitors.
