Job Description
We are looking for a dispatcher to answer our phones from 7am-11am Monday - Friday, and from 5pm Friday to late sunday night.
If you have experience dispatching, we'll train you on everything specific to our business.
Weekday Responsibilities:
Answer the phones, check text messages and emails about requests for service. This role pays $20/hour, depending on experience.
Weekend Oncall:
We average 10 calls per weekend and each call only takes a few minutes. When an emergency call comes it, you understand the customers issue and book a job for our technicians to fix their issue. We use ServiceTitan to book jobs. We'll provide you with scripts.
Pay rate is $150/weekend + $10 per booked job.
Every effort should be made to answer every call unless after 11pm or before 7am. Any missed calls should be immediately returned.
