We are seeking a highly organized and communicative Assistant to support a mortgage specialist in daily operations. The ideal candidate will possess strong language skills, proficiency in Microsoft Excel, and excellent customer service abilities. This role involves coordinating various administrative tasks, managing client interactions, and assisting with financial processes to ensure smooth business operations. Duties
Supporting a Mortgage Specialist with document review and submission, database maintenance, and process engineering.
Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries and resolving issues promptly
Support with data entry, record keeping, and updating information using Microsoft Excel, Word and specialized CRM.
Facilitate communication with clients through emails, and phone calls
Help coordinate meetings and appointments
Perform general administrative duties to ensure efficient office operations
Skills
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
Strong organizational and time management abilities
Ability to work independently in a professional on-site environment
Proficient in computer skills, including knowledge of mortgage software and tools
Customer service experience with a professional approach to client relations
Ability to multitask efficiently while maintaining attention to detail
Adaptability to fast-paced environments with excellent organizational skills
