Job Title: Mortgage Broker

Position Purpose
Esteemed Financial Services Pty Ltd (trading as Esteemed Home Loans) is looking for an experienced Mortgage Broker to expand its business.
Responsibilities
· Contact all new enquiries to engage and determine their finance requirements.
· Conduct thorough consultations with clients to understand their financial goals and recommend suitable mortgage products.
· Assess clients financial position to determine their capacity to attain lending and provide recommendations in line with the assessments.
· Educate clients on the various mortgage options and guide them through the decision-making process.
· Assist clients in completing mortgage applications and gathering necessary documentation.
· Processing loans from submission to settlement and liaising with all related parties such as banks, solicitors, realtors.
· Provide clients with timely and relevant updates on the processing of their loans.
· Regular ongoing contact with clients to provide ongoing services
· Ensure compliance with all banking and financial legislation and codes of conduct
· Stay informed about market trends, interest rates, and regulatory changes.
Skills and Attributes:
· At least 2 years of experience in financial sector
· Excellent communication and negotiation skills
· Energetic and driven personality
· Strong communication skills
· Excellent attention to detail
· Client orientated with genuine desire to support your customers
