We have created a structure and a personalized approach for business development.With more than 600 internal real estate brokers and access to the in-house notary service, CF-Mortgages is proud to welcome you! Our unique revolutionary platform allows our Mortgage Brokers to provide their clients an ideal workflow for their mortgage transaction.
Job description:
The individual is responsible for developing their customer portfolio using the tools provided by CF- Mortgages which guarantee your ability to be competitive in the high-quality residential mortgage sector. It's up to you to choose your level of success. As a CF- Mortgage Broker your role is also to identify and create new opportunities to build your pipeline while working with inside sales.
License and certification:
Possession of the AMF mortgage broker license and certification
New brokers/trainees must register for the 12-week training course of CF-Mortgages
Up-to-date knowledge of regulatory compliance requirements in the mortgage industry.
Skills:
Provide and maintain excellent customer service
Strong interpersonal and communication skills to establish and maintain relationships with peers, clients, lenders, and industry professionals
Be organized with the ability to manage multiple files simultaneously
Efficiency in time management to meet deadlines and ensure smooth transaction progression for clients
Additional skills include marketing, negotiating deals, collecting due diligence documents, analyzing financial statements
Ability to develop an extensive and qualified pipeline
