What You’ll Own
This isn’t a sales role. This is about coordinating mortgage deals from beginning to end — for people who often can’t get help anywhere else.
As the Mortgage Deal Coordinator, you’ll guide borrowers through the early stages of the process, help craft a plan, liaise with our in-house underwriter and lawyers, and keep deals moving forward no matter the obstacles. You’ll lead communication with borrowers, lenders, investors, and legal teams, while improving internal systems and identifying ways to do things better, faster, and with fewer errors.
You’ll be the glue between every part of the deal — the steady hand borrowers trust, and the driver that ensures nothing falls through the cracks.

Have a problem-solver’s mindset — spotting root causes and jumping into action
Can juggle multiple moving pieces without dropping any of them
Are comfortable working with legal docs, numbers, and financial terms, Mortgage brokers license would be an asset.
