Responsibilities
As a Mortgage Lead Call Specialist Representative, you will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls, engaging with clients and potential customers across the country
Leveraging advanced AI technology and marketing channels, you will receive leads and inquiries, assist clients with their mortgage needs, and provide relevant information
Your role is to build strong relationships, analyze financial situations, and offer suitable solutions in a high-call volume, fast-paced environment
While leads are provided, we encourage proactive outreach to expand your client base through excellent customer service
Handle a high volume of inbound and outbound calls from clients nationwide
Provide accurate and helpful information regarding mortgage products and services
Build rapport with clients by actively listening and addressing their needs
Assist clients in navigating their mortgage inquiries, offering solutions and options
Collaborate with sales and loan officer teams to ensure smooth communication
Maintain client information and follow up on leads using our advanced CRM system
Proactively contribute to the growth of the business through excellent customer service
Follow company-specific playbooks and weekly schedules
Engage with clients to determine the best mortgage products, lock the loan at the point of sale, and submit preliminary paperless loan packages
Ensure compliance with 14-day close requirements and stipulations
Manage Conventional, VA, FHA, USDA, and other loan types effectively
Mandatory two-week training period for all new hires
Monday to Friday: 8:00 am to 6:00 pm
Saturday: 9:00 am to 1:00 pm
