As the Mortgage Solutions professional in our Private bank Mortgage Solutions Team, you will spend each day defining, refining and delivering set goals for our firm
Job responsibilities
Partner with Mortgage Specialists in understanding the mortgage pipeline end to end, including but not limited to: submitting applications, amendments, collect material information for processing and underwriting and provide post funding support.
Respond to all inquiries on any and all applications in pipeline promptly.
Ensure all processes and deadlines for service level agreements are met promptly and within the code of conduct.
Coordinate with Mortgage Operations to ensure all requirements for home owner's insurance, title contacts, ownership structure, power of attorney and legal entity documents are accurately completed in a timely manner.
Assist with the underwriting development process by answering underwriting inquiries. Ability to own and operate a mortgage pipeline end to end.
Assist in maintenance on the portfolio (Covenants, insurance, maturing loans, general client enquiries)
Partner with senior Mortgage Specialists, Client Advisors and Lending Solutions on all residential real estate transactions or queries
Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills
Bachelor's degree required with 1-2 work experience in the financial services industry, US mortgage experience preferred
Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written) with attention to detail
Proficiency in Microsoft software applications (specifically Excel, PowerPoint)
Ability to collaborate effectively with internal and external partners, stakeholders and clients
To be flexible to work any shifts including night shift (US Hour)
Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills
Self-motivator with an ability to facilitate change and be a change agent
Excellent time management & organizational skills
Ability to handle high volume and high pressure environment
