Job Description
This is a casual role offering 15-20 hrs per week.
This position is based in Mt Gambier, SA.
MUST HAVE experience in using a motel reservation system (ideally RMS).
Key Responsibilities:
Provide exceptional customer service to all guests, assisting with check-in, check-out, inquiries and special requests.
Perform various administrative duties such as processing reservations, handling phone calls, and maintaining accurate records.
Address any guests’ enquiries effectively and professionally.

The ideal candidate will have:
Friendly personality with a positive outlook
Committed to providing the highest level of customer service
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact confidently and professionally with guests and colleagues.
Adept time management skills ensure seamless operations.
Previous experience in a front desk or guest service role, with a strong understanding of hotel/motel operations and customer service principles.
The ability to work a rotating roster.
Must have experience in using a RMS motel system.
