About the Role
We are seeking a motivated and experienced Motel Manager to oversee the daily operations of a busy motel in Auckland. This role requires strong leadership, excellent customer service skills, and the ability to manage all aspects of motel operations efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
Manage day-to-day motel operations, including front desk and housekeeping
Ensure high standards of guest service and satisfaction
Handle bookings, reservations, and customer inquiries
Supervise, train, and roster staff
Manage budgets, expenses, and financial reporting
Oversee maintenance and ensure the property is well-presented
Ensure compliance with health, safety, and regulatory requirements
Resolve guest complaints professionally and promptly
Requirements
Minimum 2 years of experience OR Level 4 qualification
