Job Summary:

The Mother Teacher plays a key role in the early education of children by acting as a single point of contact for their academic, emotional, and social development.

Key Responsibilities:

Act as the primary teacher and caretaker for one group of children (usually a single class).

Plan and execute developmentally appropriate lesson plans for language, numeracy, environmental studies, and other foundational subjects.

Monitor and support the emotional and social development of each child.

Maintain ongoing communication with parents regarding the child’s progress, behavior, and needs.

Organize and participate in classroom activities, celebrations, and school events.

Manage classroom behavior and create a positive discipline strategy.

Collaborate with co-teachers, helpers, and support staff.

Ensure safety and hygiene standards are maintained in the classroom.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Education (B.Ed) or equivalent qualification; Diploma in Early Childhood Education is a plus.

Previous experience in early childhood or primary teaching preferred.

GOOD communication and interpersonal skills.

Job Types: Part-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
