CHESTER HILL NSW - 3 AFTERNOONS MOTHER HELPER WANTED!
Chester Hill NSW
Start Date: ASAP
Placement Duration: Until the end of the year
Hours: Monday, Wednesday, Friday: 12:00 PM - 4:00 PM 12 hrs/week
Hourly Rate: $41 per hour (inclusive of Superannuation - paid by The Nanny Hub)
About the Family
Azaniah is a charming, playful and articulate little 2.5yr old boy. He loves dancing, singing, toy cars, dinosaurs, and playing outside. He loves his baby sister, but most of all he loves his dad. Azaniah can be protective, quiet and shy at first, until he warms up.
Amaris is a sweet and active infant who loves to engage with her surroundings. She is still developing her daily sleep routine, and parental support in that realm is appreciated. She recently just learned how to roll :)
English is the primary language spoken in the home; however, Mum speaks Bemba and Dad speaks Igala.
Nanny Responsibilities:
- Engaging in age-appropriate play and activities with Azaniah before he leaves for daycare.
- Supporting Amaris with her developmental needs, focusing on her comfort and well-being.
- Assisting with children’s laundry (clothes and bed linens) and light housekeeping tasks, such as tidying play areas and general cleanliness.
- Periodically running errands, such as grocery shopping or parcel collection, utilising the family’s automatic SUV provided for that purpose.
- Maintaining clear and regular communication with Mum about the children’s day, with updates through texts and end-of-day conversations.
Nanny Requirements
✅ WWCC, Police Check, First Aid & CPR, 2 Contactable references minimum.
✅ Experience with kids aged 2.5yrs and 2 months is preferred.
✅ Driver - Must be over 26 years of age for driving the family car.
✅ Must have the Whooping Cough Vaccine (within the last 7 years) and at least two doses of the COVID vaccination.
✅ Must possess strong qualities, including honesty, effective communication, cultural sensitivity, friendliness, and independence.
Additional Info
- There are no pets in the home.
- The nanny may be invited for ADHOC babysitting on occasion.
