Reporting to: Lead Product Designer / Principal Product Designer
Experience: 0 to 3 years
Pune (Hybrid)
Critical selection criteria:
• A basic understanding of design principles, micro animation and motion design techniques.
• We’re looking for candidates with a graduate degree as a minimum qualification.
• This role follows a hybrid work model, with the expectation to work from our Kothrud, Pune office.
• Proficient in tools like Adobe After Effects, Canva, and Figma, or other similar motion design tools.
• A portfolio (student work or personal projects welcome) showcasing creativity and motion experiments.
• Willingness to learn, take feedback, and iterate quickly.
• Strong visual sense and attention to detail.
You will work on:
• Assisting with motion design for customer projects across various industries.
• Assisting in the creation of marketing assets for case studies, social media, campaigns, and presentations.
• Collaborating with senior designers and cross-functional teams to bring ideas to life through animation.
• Learning and evolving your craft in a fast-paced, design-driven environment.

• Experience with Lottie, Rive, or other tools used for lightweight web/mobile animations.
• Exposure to storyboarding and creating explainer or case study videos.
