Job Title: Motion Designer
Location: Andheri East, Mumbai
About the Role:
We are looking for a Motion Designer with a strong artistic vision and a deep love for motion graphics and immersive storytelling. As a Motion Graphic Designer at Walking Tree you will play a pivotal role in developing creative, luxury solutions across online channels for our global brands. This position combines artistic vision with strategic thinking allowing you to collaborate with a talented team of creatives and stakeholders around the world.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop captivating content for the brands digital presence and enhance digital experiences, ensuring each project tells a compelling visual story that resonates with the brand.
• Work closely with our multidisciplinary team, collaborating with creative directors, designers, and developers across the globe
• Experiment with generative design tools integrating cutting-edge approaches into your work.
• Stay ahead of creative trends, constantly innovating and exploring new techniques in motion design, and digital art.
• Take charge of design project workflows, ensuring smooth production processes, timely execution, and successful delivery of creative projects within deadlines.
Requirements
A degree in Graphic Design or related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in a graphic design role within an agency or corporate environment.
• At least 3 years of professional experience in motion design, with a portfolio showcasing bold creativity and artistic excellence.
• Demonstrated experience and expertise in using software's such After Effects, Blender, Cinema4D, and so on.
• Knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop) with a basic understanding of print and publication design is a bonus.
• An experimental mindset, always looking to push the limits of design and explore new creative possibilities.
• Strong communication skills to lead presentations and collaborate effectively with global vendors.
• A proactive, hands-on approach with a passion for creativity and high attention to detail
