Job Description: Motion and Video Shoot
Job Location:
Bengaluru
Timings:
10:30 AM - 6:30 PM
Job Type: Full-time (with 3 months of probation)
Salary: ₹60,000 - ₹80,000/month, ₹5,000 incentive for each shoot project
Note:
• Incentives will be there for the shooting projects, ₹5,000 per shoot project, be it half a day or a 2-day shoot, which will be additionally paid apart from the base salary as mentioned above. If the shoot project is huge and the shoot location is out of the station, the Company will bear all accommodation, food, and travel expenses.
• If the shoot goes beyond 2 days for the same project, then an additional ₹5,000 will be provided as an extra incentive for the next 3 days.
• For internal (inside office) video shoots and photography, there will be no additional payment/incentives.
• If you bring in any client for Mellow Designs with a scope of Branding, UI/UX, and Performance Marketing, there will be a 3% commission for you, in addition to the base salary.
• If you bring in any client for Mellow Designs with a scope of Photoshoot and Videoshoot, there will be a 5% commission for you, in addition to the base salary.
• Organic Symmetry will be considered as an internal client, the same as Mellow. So, there won’t be any incentives provided for the shooting scope of work.

We’re looking for:
• A skilled person based in Bangalore (or ready-to-move).
• Capable of animating on After Effects. You must know, typo animation and basic character animation. If you know Cinema 4D, it’s a cherry on top.
• Has a good understanding of motion & design principles and typography.
• Capable of video editing in Premiere Pro.
• You need to know the workflow between Photoshop and After Effects
• You need to be good at photography and video shoots.
Your role:
• You will be creating motion graphic ads and assisting the creative director to convert the ideas into videos. You will work together with the team on the projects to achieve good-quality output in the given timeline.
• You need to understand the brief given by the client and coordinate with the account manager as per the requirement.
• You need to know the resources to get the elements required for the project quickly and execute the idea given by the Art Director.
• You need to do research in your free time and every week you will be creating one video/project for the company page as credible work.
• Website complete revamp ideation in terms of design, ideas, layouts, structuring, and addition of content.
• Need brand reels, company video, pitch reels for every service, and any other kind of videos required for sales and promotional activity.
• Need a company video for sending to colleges and hiring applicants
• A master video that will showcase/document all the clients of 2021, list given at the end.
• Project documentation will include designs, mockups, renders, and videos of every individual project on the website project page
• Need proper video documentation of three core services of Mellow: Branding, UI/UX, and Performance Marketing
• Need proper video documentation of the supporting services of Mellow: Packaging, Ad film production Unit - Mellow Films, Digital product design, FEAST, Copywriting & Content Writing
• Need video documentation of Industry-wise clients, such as e-commerce, health & wellness, IT/tech, Real estate, Pharma, all TATA group companies, FMCG, Apparel, Helios, etc.
• Need to shoot and edit testimonial videos our clients
• Need to shoot and edit office space, BTS, employees, team director’s message, and office-related content
• Need to shoot and edit reel content with a target of 2 reels per week
• You need to execute the complete process of video shoot and post-processing.
• You need to work on the video shoot sets as well as the office projects
