Misfits, candidates who think differently, and creative artists who can develop things from scratch with timeless vision will be a great addition. Conceptualize, design, and animate visually appealing motion graphics for various digital platforms, including social media, websites, and video presentations.
Sketching storyboards of explanatory and promotional videos
Transforming storyboards into motion graphics and quick custom 2D animations / Reels
Creating illustrations, photo manipulations, and mockups (2D or 3D)
Animating characters, and products with the environment (2D or 3D)
Integrating sound & sync dialogue and adding sound effects to visualsCreative presentation and pitch deck preparation
Stay up-to-date with industry trends, techniques, and best practices in motion graphics design.

Requirements
0-2 years of experience in motion graphics design or a related field.
Proficiency in industry-standard software such as Adobe After Effects, Adobe Premiere Pro, and Adobe Illustrator.
Strong understanding of animation principles, storytelling, and visual communication.
Excellent eye for detail and ability to create visually appealing and engaging designs.
Basic knowledge of video editing, sound design, and post-production techniques.
Ability to work collaboratively as part of a creative team and meet project deadlines.
Strong communication skills to effectively present and explain design concepts.
