About Company:
The first online custom shirt brand in India, is looking for a talented and energetic junior art director. You will be an experienced and digitally focused designer, comfortable taking design projects from creative brief to completion, providing new ideas and creativity while leading the visual identity of our brands. The role will work collaboratively and support cross-functional teams to help concept and design marketing campaigns and associated content across multiple channels and platforms. Additionally, you are also skilled in graphic design, versed in typography, and have experience in managing product and lifestyle shoots.
Your Responsibilities
• Lead the overall graphic design and art direction for Bombay Shirt Company and it’s
brands.
• Oversee output of creative executions of the brand art direction, digital design, OOH,
advertising, store graphics.
• Work with a team to create a high volume of assets across all channels and
mediums, including but not limited to: digital ads, emails, web assets / PDPs, landing
pages, social, advertising and in-store graphics
• Set strategic objectives for creative and visual branding across all digital touchpoints,
integrating data, functionality and aesthetics
• Manage product and social/lifestyle photo shoots to get appropriate imagery for
visual assets
• Bring in new creative ideas for both digital and visual trends
• Know how to conceptualize videos
