Job Description
We are looking for Motion Graphic Designers with a knack for creativity and details while designing for our content across various platforms.
Ideally, you will improve our consumer’s experience and bring the brands to life right from conceptualizing till designing.
What you will do:
• Work with our teams for creating and delivering video templates and video campaigns
• Discuss briefs with content owners, produce visually appealing motion graphics animations and
• illustrations
• Conceptualize and design video collaterals and illustrations for marketing campaigns and other
• internal requirements
• Perform storyboarding, editing, composting, rendering and other post-production processes
• Create high-quality video templates that are tailored to different clients and partners
• Work with copywriters to make sure template content suits the video template design
• Check for video template usability before publishing
• Understand the unique needs of each requirement and suggest relevant video styles based on the channel and campaign objectives
• Work on designing marketing and brand collaterals for the digital and print mediums
• Work collaboratively across all the departments and clients
• Manage projects from start to finish across a wide range of media, meeting deadlines and working
• with constraints efficiently
• Collaborate with our diverse teams and partners to achieve work of the highest standard

• Have the skill of visualization, i.e, understand the concepts and requirements from the team

• High context switching ability, you will be working on multiple projects as time goes on
• An outstanding portfolio that demonstrates proficiency in 2D animation, compositing,
• design, and video production and editing
• Ownership and accountability for work and outcomes with a dedication to the details and
• the big picture and a focus on the best outcomes
• Ability to make thoughtful decisions quickly, simplifying creative solutions wherever possible
• Ability to approach others with humility and learn from different perspectives, actively
• helping to build a culture where everyone feels they can be themselves and be successful
• Excellent time management skills and an ability to organize and deliver projects on time with
• accuracy, speed, and attention to detail
• Curiosity and willingness to explore, ideate, and experiment
Education and Experience:
• Bachelor’s degree or certificate in designing and video production will be preferred
• Strong portfolio to showcase creativity and ability to tell stories through illustrations, videos, motion-
• graphics and editing skills
• 1-2 years’ experience in creating illustrations and motion graphics
• Demonstrated ability and working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite or similar design / video editing tools
