Job Description
We are seeking a skilled Motion Graphic Designer to create high-quality, engaging e-learning courses. You will be responsible for conceptualizing, designing, and animating graphics, videos, and other visual elements to enhance the educational experience for our learners.
Responsibilities:
• Collaborate with instructional designers and subject matter experts to conceptualize, design and produce visually compelling and effective e-learning courses.
• Develop storyboards, visual concepts, and animation sequences based on instructional content and design guidelines.
• Create and edit videos, motion graphics, and animations using software such as Adobe Creative Suite (After Effects, Premiere Pro, Illustrator, and Photoshop) or similar tools.
• Develop custom graphics and animations to enhance the instructional content, including illustrations, diagrams, and infographics.
• Ensure consistency of the visual style, tone, and message throughout all e-learning materials.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest trends, techniques, and technologies in motion graphics design and e-learning design.
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in graphic design, or a related field.
• Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (After Effects, Premiere Pro, Illustrator, and Photoshop) or similar tools.
• Experience in visual storytelling, design, and animation.
• Knowledge of instructional design principles and e-learning authoring tools is a plus.
• Excellent communication skills, including the ability to work collaboratively with instructional designers, subject matter experts, and other stakeholders.
• A portfolio showcasing your motion graphics and design skills is required.
• Excellent English language proficiency with strong written and verbal communication skills.
