Job Title: Motion Graphic Designer

Purpose
Enhancing branding, and marketing efforts through creative engaging visual content
Your mission
• Collaborate with the marketing team to understand project requirements, goals, and target audience to create engaging visual storytelling while meeting deadlines and budget
• Design essential business materials for print and digital applications that are on-brand
• Shoot, create, edit and optimise videos for various platforms
• Create captivating motion graphics and animations for marketing campaigns, product demos, and explainer videos
• Assist in adding motion graphics elements to existing videos during post-production
• Utilize industry-standard software like Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, Illustrator, and Photoshop for designing and animating graphics
• Maintain, organize and archive existing video and graphics files
• Manage a library of reusable motion graphic templates and assets
• Connect and coordinate with vendors to meet the business requirements for various collaterals
• Other duties as assigned
You have
• 2-3 years of proven motion graphic design experience
• A strong portfolio of illustrations, videos, etc
• A keen eye for aesthetics and details and a good understanding of print design
• Good verbal and written communication
• A passion for staying updated with the latest trends, techniques, and tools in motion graphics and design
• A highly organized individual with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize their workload according to changing needs
Good if you have
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
• Experience in the SaaS or technology industry
• Having worked in a startup environment before is an added plus
