Job Opening: Motion Graphics Designer / Social Media Video Creator (Remote)

We're seeking a creative, tech-savvy visual storyteller who thrives on turning still graphics, AI-generated visuals, and ideas into engaging, scroll-stopping social media reels and short-form videos.
Role: Motion Graphics Designer / Social Media Video Creator
Location: Fully Remote (with occasional in-person meetings if required)
Type: Full-Time / Inter-to-Hire
What You’ll Do:
Create engaging short-form videos and reels for social media using static images, stock media, animations, and AI-generated visuals (no filming required).
Design compelling animated graphics, text effects, and dynamic transitions.
Collaborate closely with marketing and creative teams to align visual storytelling with the Biznis.AE brand voice.
Continuously explore and incorporate cutting-edge AI tools to enhance content quality and production speed.
Optimize video content for maximum reach and engagement across Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, YouTube Shorts, and other platforms.
️ Skills & Qualifications:
Must-Have:
Proven experience (1–3 years) creating engaging motion graphics and video content for social media.
Proficiency with Adobe After Effects, Canva Animations, CapCut/InShot, and similar video editing tools.
Basic graphic design skills (Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva).
Strong understanding and experience with AI-driven creative tools (RunwayML, Kaiber.ai, ChatGPT).
Excellent visual storytelling skills.
Ability to handle multiple projects efficiently, independently, and within tight deadlines.
Nice-to-Have:
Familiarity with brand design principles and visual marketing best practices.
Experience using social media analytics tools.
