Main ResponsibilitiesYour main responsibilities will include:Creating visually stunning motion graphics and animations for various digital media platformsUtilizing video software, such as Adobe After Effects, Adobe Premiere Pro, and Cinema 4D, to design and execute captivating motion graphic projectsIncorporating typography, visual effects, and sound design to enhance the overall impact and engagement of motion graphic contentAdapting and optimizing motion graphics for different screen sizes and resolutions to ensure seamless playback on various devicesDemonstrating a keen eye for aesthetics and attention to detail, ensuring high-quality motion graphic deliverables that meet client requirements and exceed expectationsContributing to the creative process by bringing innovative ideas and creative solutions to the table, contributing to the overall success of the design teamManaging multiple projects simultaneously, adhering to project timelines, and delivering projects on time and within budgetCollaborating with clients and stakeholders to understand project goals, gather feedback, and incorporate revisions to achieve the desired creative visionCollaborating with the creative team, including graphic designers, video editors, and content creators, to conceptualize and storyboard motion graphic projects that align with brand guidelines and project objectivesStaying updated with industry trends and best practices, continuously refining skills, and exploring new techniques to push the boundaries of motion graphics designKey RequirementsYou have a degree/diploma in Design, Fine Arts, or a related fieldYou have prior experience as a Motion Graphics Designer as well as a strong portfolio of sample projectsYou possess strong knowledge of Adobe After Effects and Adobe Premiere Pro or similar toolsYou have experience with 3D motion tools like Cinema 4D, Blender, or Maya is a plusSolid portfolio showcasing a range of motion graphics, animations, and video projectsUnderstanding of storyboarding, pacing, transitions, and visual narrative structureYou have a strong aesthetic sense, attention to detail, and design fundamentals (typography, color, composition)Ability to manage time, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environmentExcellent communication and collaboration skills, especially in creative team settingsWillingness to receive feedback and iterate on concepts to achieve the best outcomeTools Motion Graphics Designers Commonly UseModern Motion Graphics Designers are typically proficient with:Adobe After Effects: for 2D animation, VFX, and motion designPremiere Pro: for video editing and timeline integrationCinema 4D or Blender: for 3D animation and modelingIllustrator & Photoshop: for asset creation and image manipulationFigma or Adobe XD: for UI/UX motion design, , or Asana: for project collaboration and reviews--
