Job description: The motion graphic designer will be responsible for creating animated graphics and visual effects for short-form videos for websites, social media, and advertising campaigns as per the client's demands and delivering them within the deadline. They must be aware of the variety of tools and their usage, that are required to create the elements from scratch or modify existing copyright-free assets from the internet. They will have to work along with the creative content team to create video assets as required by the clients. They will also be responsible for overseeing the audio syncing and integrations of the created motion video. Our agency is thus looking for a creative and dedicated motion graphic designer to meet the standard of our requirements.Our Requirements:
• Must have industry knowledge of motion graphics, video editing, 2D/3D animation, and effects
• Familiarity with a range of animation software like Photoshop and AfterEffects.
• Must be aware of the techniques of animation and motion graphics.
• Must have professional skills to integrate characters, images, elements, and text into background graphics
• The candidate should know about audio syncing and integrations of the created motion video
• Keen sense of apt color palettes, style, and general look of the animation to make it visually pleasing
• Ability to understand and visualize abstract concepts and client requirements
• Must have knowledge of enhancing animation with special effects during the post-production stage.
Desired candidate:
• Strong communication and team-playing skills
• Must be aware of current techniques and trends in animation/videography
• Knowledge of multiple motion graphic design software required (Photoshop, After Effects, etc)
• Must be able to work under pressure and deliver within the deadline
• Fluency in English - verbal and written.
