About the Role:
We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Motion Graphic Designer to join our marketing team. The ideal candidate must have experience in creating visually appealing and brand-aligned
motion graphics that drive engagement across digital marketing platforms. You’ll play a key role in
enhancing our brand presence through compelling video content and animations.
Key Responsibilities:
• Design & Animation: Create visually appealing graphics and animations for marketing campaigns, including videos, social media content, web banners, and promotional materials.
• Concept Development: Collaborate with the Marketing team and Design team to conceptualise and execute design ideas that effectively communicate our brand message.
• Storyboarding: Develop storyboards and visual scripts to plan animations and video content.
• Video Editing: Edit and assemble recorded raw material into a suitable, finished product ready for broadcasting, including selecting music, adding voice-overs, and creating graphics.
• Brand Consistency: Ensure all designs adhere to brand guidelines and maintain a consistent look and feel across all marketing materials.
• Trend Monitoring: Stay updated with the latest design trends, techniques, and technologies to bring fresh ideas to the team.
Requirements:
• Minimum 2 years of experience in motion graphics, preferably within a marketing or digital media environment.
• Proficiency in Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, Illustrator, Photoshop, and other relevant tools.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating a mix of social media content, promotional videos, and animated graphics.
• Good understanding of marketing trends and visual storytelling.
• Strong communication, time-management, and collaboration skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
• Experience with video ads, explainer videos, or product animations for digital marketing.
• Ability to adapt designs for various platforms like Instagram, YouTube, Facebook, and email campaigns.
