Your Role
• You'll be in charge of turning static designs into scroll-stopping motion assets — from Instagram reels and video ads to animated explainers and logo animations.
• Collaborate with content writers, visual designers, and video editors to develop strong visual narratives.
• Design and animate custom transitions, infographics, typography, character animations, and logo stings.
• Work on storyboarding, conceptualization, and execution of campaign visuals.
Key Responsibilities
• Create motion graphics and animations for digital ads, social media, websites, product videos, and branding assets.
• Edit and animate pre-shot footage using motion overlays and effects.
• Stay aligned with brand tone, guidelines, and client expectations.
• Research visual trends and new motion design techniques to keep content fresh and impactful.
Requirements
• 2–5 years of experience in motion design (agency background is a big plus).
• Proficiency in After Effects, Adobe Premiere Pro, Illustrator, Photoshop; knowledge of tools like Blender or Cinema 4D is a bonus.
• Strong understanding of timing, composition, and visual rhythm.
• A portfolio that shows a range of styles — from kinetic typography to brand explainers.
• Strong collaboration skills and attention to detail under tight deadlines.
